Architectural Forms and Procedures Edit page

This page contains information and forms for the WCV Architecture Review process. These are the forms you must fill out if you are either:

• constructing a new building (ARC_APP_NEW_CONSTRUCTION.pdf) or 
• modifying your existing property (ARC_APP_MODIFICATION.pdf). 

These forms are fillable so simply download the file and start filling them in. Once you have the appropriate form(s) completely filled out, save it with your name:  

Example: ARC_APP_NEW_CONSTRUCTION_(your name).pdf

Then email the completed form to the ARC committee for review/approval at:  [email protected].
